What differentiates HRpuls from other providers?

Our customers can best answer this question. The most common answers are the following:

  • The HR software is very clearly structured and self-explanatory for users. This makes training unnecessary and increases the acceptance of the HR software among employees and managers.
  • The HR software is very flexibly configurable, so that roles, rights, fields, competencies, templates, reports and workflows can be customized very individually. As a result, all HR processes can be highly automated. Infographics with HR key figures provide management with an ideal basis for making fact-based decisions.
  • The support responds quickly to requests and is very competent. The many years of professional experience of the customer support staff is evident in the sound professional and technical advice, which provides active support during the preparation, introduction and use of the HR software.

Which people can use the HR software?

The HR software can be used by all groups of people, as all employees receive access that you can use via desktop, tablet or smartphone. The following scenarios are possible:

  • Central Personnel Administration: HR centrally handles all administrative tasks such as maintaining master data, creating certificates and references, maintaining vacations and illnesses, etc.
  • Manager Self-Service (MSS): Managers can, for example, view absences, approve vacations, check working hours, support onboarding processes, plan and document employee reviews, etc.
  • Employee Self-Service (ESS): Employees can, for example, change their address, request a vacation, or view payroll without relying on HR support.

How is the HR software implemented?

The HR software is provided as a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution  that can be used without installation or IT involvement. Updates and maintenance are performed automatically. Existing HR software solutions can be connected via a technical interface.

What service and support is available?

HRpuls supports you as a full-service provider during all phases for the introduction of the software. HR experts and business psychologists advise on current HR topics in the areas of recruiting, HR management and performance during the preparation phase. The customer support takes care of the entire configuration of the software and offers support for administrators after go-live. An optional additional service is the connection of the software to existing HR solutions or the development of individual special solutions.

How is data protection ensured?

The servers for data storage and processing are located exclusively in Germany. We deliberately do not work with US hosting providers, but a pure German provider that is certified according to DIN ISO 27.001 and meets the following data protection requirements:

  • Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO)
  • Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) new
  • Technical and organizational measures (TOM) in accordance with section 64 sentence 1 of the BDSG (new)
  • Contract data processing (ADV) in accordance with Section 62 of the BDSG new
